Applicants: Nautical, Maritime, Pirate themed, Artists & Crafters, Street Performers, Corporate & Community Sponsors. Application must include 2 photos of product and 1 photo of out-door booth set-up. * Vendors are expected to dress and decorate their booths, keeping with the theme of the event.
Space size: 10' x 10' *Canopy’s larger than 10x10 require fire retardant certificate and a permit from the Pensacola Fire Department. Permit fee is additional.
Space Rental Fees: Payable to SIK Promotions
Application Fee: (Seperate Check) $25 Payable to SIK Promotions
Returned Check Fee $35
Artist/Crafter Fees: 100% handmade items - Early discount applications postmarked by February 10th $75.00.AFTER February 10th $125.00
Resale/Retail Fees: (Pirate/Nautical Theme takes priority.) Early discount applications postmarked by February 10th $100.00. AFTER February 10th $150.00
Food Vendor Fees: (Single item only, subject to approval) Early applications postmarked by February 10th $150.00. AFTER February 10th $200. * Application must include photos, complete menu with prices and copies of license/permit and insurance. Approved vendors will be required to add SIK Promotions, Inc and The City of Pensacola as additional insured.
Community and Corporate Sponsorships Available: We appreciate the opportunity to work with individual sponsors on a case by case basis. We offer sponsorship recognition packages, custom built to suit your marketing needs. Feel free to give us a call at 727-322-5217 to inquire about your specific request.
Performers, Buskers, Actors, Musicians & Entertainers: We welcome all types of entertainers; however, appropriately themed performers will take priority. Please complete the performer application and mail, along with a copy of your Press Kit and Demo CD to the Festival Committee. Entertainers may not receive compensation for their performances for this first year festival.
