Of course, Nautical, Marine, Beach, Tropical, Renaissance and Pirate Vendors are preferred.


Space size:
10' x 10' Indoor/Outdoor with electric (*see below)


Food Vendor:
$350.00 if paid between August 1st and 15th.
$400.00 if paid after August 15

Early Discount Only $300.00 if payment in full is received or postmarked before August 1st


Retail/Resale:

$250.00 if paid between August 1st and 15th.
$300.00 if paid after August 15

Early Discount Only $200.00 if payment in full is received or postmarked before August 1st


Artist/Crafter: 100% Handmade

All Checks are to be Made Payable to: Fishermen’s Village Pirate Fest

Be sure to include a Separate Check in the amount of $25.00 to cover your Application Fee.

NSF Check Fee $35:
if your check is returned for Non-Sufficient Funds you will be charged a $35 fee.

Vendors Set-up times:

Aug. 26th
Friday morning - 7 am to 10:00 am
Friday evening - 6 pm to 8:30 pm
Your vehicle must be removed from loading area by 9:30am

Loading /Unloading or setup of any inside booths between the hours of 10am and 6 pm Friday is strictly prohibited.  


Aug. 27th

Saturday morning - 7 am to 10:00 am   
Your vehicle must be removed from loading area by 9:30am

Outside Vendor load-in times may be adjusted by request/appointment.

A limited number of setup vehicles will be permitted to enter the festival area at a given time. Please be patient as vendor marshaling may be necessary.

*Indoor spaces are in a covered breeze way, they are not air-conditioned.
Basic electric is available. Inside booths must remain open and manned during posted event hours.  Display/setup restrictions apply. Booths must be open on at least 2 sides. Backdrops, banners or large signage must face the center of corridor.

* Wind driven rain could still affect an inside booth location so be prepared to cover or secure your merchandise if needed.

*Outside spaces have fewer display/setup restrictions. Limited electric service is available outside. If you require power, please let us know in advance so that you may be placed accordingly.
